Return & Exchange Policy

This proof allows you to review and approve the customization details before production begins.

1. Returns for Quality Issues:

If you receive your custom lanyards and find any quality-related issues, such as defects in materials or workmanship, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue promptly.

2. Returns for Incorrect Customization:

While we provide a free digital proof for your review and approval, if you receive lanyards that do not match the customization details you approved, please get in touch with us within 7 days. We will make every effort to rectify the situation.

3. Returns for Other Reasons:

If you wish to return your custom lanyards for reasons other than quality issues or incorrect customization, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. In such cases, returns will be accepted, but we may assess a restocking fee to cover the costs associated with custom production. Additionally, the lanyards must be in unused, original condition, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
